      Pros

      Great communication between drivers and team leaders Good benefits Nice operating centers' across the nation

      Cons

      Sometimes issues arise out on the road with cargo or equipment malfunctions and it can be awhile till you get back on the road due to procedures that management has to go through.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
