      Has lots of freight, has been up grading equipment.

      Cons

      New work flow program,pushing envelop HOS,quality home time,poor benefits , ie no sick ,personal or holiday pay.

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
