      Good people but horrible pay and not realistic. - Regional Truck Driver Schneider Employee Review

      Pros

      Great attitudes the people were nice to you and they made you feel very welcome. They paid you when you were supposed to be paid and have good company facilities and truck maintenance.

      Cons

      Horrible I mean horrible pay they do do the per diem pay which kinda helps but you can make more money at a fast food joint starting off. Will not let you use your phone to communicate at all not even with a bluetooth and they don't like you to have CB radios either no way to communicate back home while you are driving not even in an emergency not looking to be our of contact with my family 11 hours a day.

We know that starting out driving can be tough but as new drivers gain more experience, their capability level and pay potential increases.       Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
