Pros
- The people I work with are a fun group of people - Some of the projects are quite interesting. - The high turnover causes advancement opportunities - Decent amount of time off early on in career, although it caps at 4 weeks at 12 years (I think there should be a fifth week at 20).
Cons
- The company is extremely aggressive around dead lines. - Upper leadership is out of touch with the associates in the trenches. - Managers threaten to fire people who discuss pay. - There is one manager (not mine) who clearly plays favorites with his associates. - Health Insurance has a big "donut hole" where the company does not reimburse between $750 and $2250 dollars. - My initial offer was significantly below the industry average and what I eventually negotiated is still low compared to what Glass Door says I'm worth.
