      The company treats people with disrespect while pretending to care about them. Customers in this industry also treat people with disrespect. The company is constantly messing with the pay system. Sometimes the pay works out in your favor and sometimes it doesn't. Your time is not respected.

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
