Pros

Some team work between Operations and Customer Service. Education reimbursement.

Cons

Middle and Upper management fail to listen to proactive ideas. Sales has no idea what happens in the operation and what is feasible. Training is purely hands on with little direction and no classroom except in extreme cases where the whole system changed.

Pros

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
