      Pros

      Core values,challenging,genuine coworkers, talented /exp drivers, teaches entry level mgmt and communication skills. For the most part they tell the truth. Mgmt supports your decisions if they were thought out.

      Cons

      Small fish in a vast ocean, equip maintenance makes it hard to keep fleet moving. Green Bay force dispatch to all OCs undermines the impact you could make using your brain. Antiquated computer systems.(quest is coming?) Working a Saturday every month only to get furloughed the same year

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
