      Pros

      Free driver training, management respects and listens to the drivers, good pay, new equipment (trucks), always focused on safety.

      Cons

      Crazy hours, away from home for weeks at a time, stress, traffic, no pay if the wheels aren't turning.

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
