      Pros

      Paid for my training to become a commercial driver. Promoted me to an over-the-road training engineer after 6 months of employment. Management is helpful and care about their drivers.

      Cons

      They don't give you much time home. But, that's really just the typical long-haul job.

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
