Pros

The environment and people are great, good team atmosphere, mentorship is a big part of training, and the logistics side of the corporation is growing rapidly. There is opportunity to make money, but you must put in the grueling effort of 150-200 cold calls a day.

Cons

Lack of a clear vision. Management has differing views of what direction to go. Well some managers stress the importance of servicing customers, others clearly just care about the bottom dollar, and integrity can be called into question. Have witnessed managers lie to customers in order to make a few extra dollars. Most sellers burn out within 12 months.

Pros

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
