Pros

The benefits of working at Schneider are a relaxed environment in the freight game. Decent young culture and a good spot to learn sales basics. Opportunity to make big checks if you can land good accounts.

Cons

The problem with Schneider is there is no upward growth. You need to spend 4 years as a low rung sales rep in order to "make it" to an inside sales lead. Management puts no value in rep development or churn metrics. The worst part of the job is the constant short sighted views of management, they don't value talent.

Pros

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
