Pros

Pay is decent I guess, work schedule is nice and that is where the pros stop if you ask me

Cons

The slip seating, (having to wait for a truck to start your day) the optimiser (being dispatched by a computer program instead of a live person), and I can't forget about the truck's (wet roads= no traction because they are automatic, some have tag axles).

Pros

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
