Pros

The only thing I liked about it was the free food that we would occasionally get when the sales reps or managers came to town.

Cons

The comminucation between the departments is horrible. Sometimes, you would receive an e-mail about the same issue 5 times. There would other times when I would not receive an e-mail at all. This is very frustrating when you are trying to sove problems.

Pros

Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

Cons

$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
