Thank you for the feedback. Hearing about what we are doing right—and what we can do better—is essential for helping us enhance our associates' experience.
Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
