Starter Trucking Company Only - Class A Truck Driver Schneider Employee Review

Everything else. Just talk to truckers at other companies that require experience. Huge difference in pay and benefits. Schneider pays the lowest rates in the industry. Quality of life is low. Other drivers I have talked to get paid at least double what I make. They can idle their truck almost as much as they want. The company pays for them to get a hotel for their restarts. They get little bonuses and incentives for every time "bump the dock." Get your experience and move on to greener pastures.
