Horrible company to work for - Assistant Property Manager Schochet Employee Review

The worst company from my whole employment history. Severely understaffed. You never know who to reach out to for advise. And when you have an issue they pretend it didn't happen. They are big on bending rules of low-income housing and only pursuing their financial goals instead of being there for people which is supposed to be company's goal if you are saying you are out there to help people find home. I was micromanaged to the point my manager would listen to my phone conversation and then call back that person to ask what was said. Extremely unprofessional. Manager was watching every move, if you step out for 2 minutes you would be questioned. Just a horrible horrible experience. RUN!
