Schochet loves to promote from within and keep their staff educated. They also understand the bigger picture that it's not just about the bottom line but also about the residents who live at our communities. Schochet offers an excellent work/life balance and the benefits are fantastic! I was a resident of a Schochet property prior to becoming an employee and I'll be employed here going on 6 years at the end of December 2020. Everyone is approachable and they are definitely a very ethical and fair employer.
