Cons
Relentless pressure. So many constant changes in policies and procedures, it will make your head spin. Corporate has no idea what is happening at the branch level. 30% turnover rate with a constant 3+ new hire in suite to fill the empty chairs. Even when you succeed you will only be told about what you are doing wrong. 0% support and positive reinforcement.
