      Pros

      prestigious place to work if you're looking to go vet school down the line.

      Cons

      No room for growth for overworked "floor" assistants or clinic aides. Condescending and pretentious vet interns and techs. Very weak HR department. Minimal benefits, vacation and sick time are meshed into one bank.
