High turn over, poor management - Veterinary Technician, LVT Schwarzman Animal Medical Center Employee Review

Extremely high staff turnover, ineffective management, support staff shortages. While current sign on bonuses are very generous it’s a symptom of how desperate the AMC is for support staff. AMC is unable to retain support/technical staff due to poor management and intra-departmental toxicity. There has been a steep decline in the quality of management in the last 2 years.
