      Wide case load, grant and funding opportunities for qualifying clients, culturally and ethically diverse community, supported furthering education opportunities, rotating internships, speciality internship and residencies available, opportunity for collaborative research.

      Cons

      Somewhat toxic work culture and divide across positions within the hospital. Underappreciation for techs and assistants and pay should be significantly higher for the duration and emotional intensity of the work.
