thank you very much for your very positive review! We are always trying to improve the work environment of our co-workers, and we have now a much bigger office space and also a management team of which you could have been a member if you only had stayed a bit longer.

Pros

The remote working arrangement reduces commuting time and helps maintain focus on tasks. Colleagues are friendly and collaborative, making teamwork enjoyable. The firm’s case file management system is well-organized and user-friendly. Daily all-hands meetings keep everyone aligned and engaged with ongoing work.

Cons

The workplace culture is very direct, which promotes clarity and efficiency but can sometimes lead to misunderstandings or cause people to feel offended if they aren’t used to this style.

Pros

I'm learning a lot here, which feels genuine rather than just promised in job descriptions. Management demonstrates real trust in their team members, giving you the autonomy to take ownership of your work, and the 100% remote setup is great and feels more efficient than in-office environments. The team members are motivated people who care about what they're doing, which makes collaboration actually enjoyable. This is a good time to join since the company is growing - you can get involved in new projects and there's real opportunity for advancement. The environment feels dynamic and innovative rather than stagnant, with new initiatives and improvements happening regularly.

Cons

Remote work means you need to be proactive about communication - since there aren't casual office interactions, being vocal about your needs and progress is important. It's not a big issue if you're comfortable speaking up, but it does require more intentional communication. We do have regular daily meetings to keep everyone aligned across projects. While this ensures good collaboration and transparency, it does mean a fair amount of scheduled time throughout the week.
