Pros
Working for SEL was a really wonderful experience. To be apart of such a professional, driven, adaptable and driven team made doing my job so much easier. I couldn't have asked for better coworkers. Not to mention the company benefits are amazing including big desks, on site work out facilities, awesome raises, and much more!
Cons
As it is a large campus (in Pullman, WA particularly) and cubicle work environment, it can leave you feeling rather isolated from the HR team. Discussions usually occur virtually.
