Pros
Stable company that's growing. Very customer focused. Employee stock purchase plan. Facilities are well maintained.
Cons
HR is an obstacle, not an asset. Top management can't think for themselves, but have to ask "WWED?", what would Ed (founder, president) do? Supervisors don't seem to get the training they need .Way too much time spent tracking and graphing and not enough time spent acting (supervising). So much focus on "SEL values"! Every company has values--yours weren't brought down from the mount by Moses.
