Pros

Science is building biohybrid brain-computer interfaces and technology to help blind people see again, which is about as cool as it gets. The team is stacked with ridiculously smart people and things move fast–no bureaucratic nonsense, just real work on genuinely hard engineering and biology problems.

Cons

A little chaotic sometimes, but that's the tradeoff for not being stuck in slow-moving corporate limbo.

Been here for a few years now, and the progress is feeling more tangible. The work is fun and stimulating, and there are some really cool people that work here. Company culture is better. The toxic culture that older reviews isn't as prevalent anymore.
