initial pay can be good and there are cool posters + sweatshirts

Cons

The insane amount of turnover (firing, talent leaving, etc) without any structure to preserve institutional knowledge is tragically inefficient. CEO gets involved in random things (ex organizing Google Drive folders) instead of recognizing issues and giving others autonomy to fix.

Been here for a few years now, and the progress is feeling more tangible. The work is fun and stimulating, and there are some really cool people that work here. Company culture is better. The toxic culture that older reviews isn't as prevalent anymore.
