Pay is okay and there are catered lunches and snacks.

Cons

Note: Employees were encouraged to leave positive Glassdoor reviews in early January. It was not uncommon to have your job threatened, nor was it uncommon to have individuals suddenly fired on the spot. Every project is high urgency and needed to be done day of. They gave extremely unrealistic timelines and then you ended up having to rework everything again because of the bad planning. Science has terrible work/life balance and working 40 hours a week is considered insufficient.

Been here for a few years now, and the progress is feeling more tangible. The work is fun and stimulating, and there are some really cool people that work here. Company culture is better. The toxic culture that older reviews isn't as prevalent anymore.
