- Free high-quality lunch every day - Social coworkers - Nice swag

Cons

- Dysfunctional management so little progress is made, which resulted in the company almost losing their funding source in early 2024. - Fear-based, surveillance-based and toxic culture. - The CEO will threaten to fire you multiple times with crunch and is weak technically. - People are fired easily (no job security) so there is constant pressure for more work since your job is held hostage (poor WLB). Strong pressure to avoid PTO as you are judged. You're also expected to use your PTO for holidays. - Lies about ethical standards. - 5 days in the office (this is the weakest con).

Been here for a few years now, and the progress is feeling more tangible. The work is fun and stimulating, and there are some really cool people that work here. Company culture is better. The toxic culture that older reviews isn't as prevalent anymore.

Comp could be more competitive.
