Pros
Benefits are good The people on the floor are great and awesome at what they do.
Cons
PTO is unlimited but you can’t take it or you’re not contributing enough “start up life!” (this only applies to non management) You get yelled at, micromanaged, publicly shamed on their open forum for the whole company to see. Management will straight up lie to your face and HR won’t do anything about it. Place started in a warehouse that a homeless person wouldn’t live in and then they moved to a better location, but almost went bankrupt doing it. Just toxic environment all the way around with no support. The communication is nonexistent. You either sink or swim here and anyone saying that you can make it if you try is entirely dependent on your manager’s mood that day.
