Coming to work every day is a joy, and the people I get to be surrounded with, whether it be in my department or cross-functional, are a lot of fun. It is a hard-working organization unified by the desire to grow the business and succeed in the industry. The executives are open to change and innovation, and encourage employees to seek out opportunities for improvement and excellence.
