Pros
SiLo has provided me with outstanding career advancement opportunities and experience over the last 3+ years. Sales Leadership goes the extra mile to ensure it's salespeople and customers are successful. HQ is has a great atmosphere and very friendly employees. Handful of fairly recent Exec Leadership additions have made incredibly positive impacts in the direction of the solution and company as a whole.
Cons
New features can be buggy at times, but that's to be expected when innovating so rapidly. Finding new deals can be difficult at times, as Enterprise Monitoring isn't always a pressing initiative for large enterprise customers.
