Our Net Promoter scores are rising, Our Support MTTR stats are improving. Internally, things are becoming easier. Externally, our scores show we are making a difference. As an individual, you can contribute to ScienceLogic and our customer's success in infinite ways. We have an environment where change and new ideas can come from anyone. Cons
I'd like to see us move faster to a higher level of maturity in data consolidation. We are working on it, but just not where I'd like it to be. I want all data accessible at my fingertips no matter where that data is located.
