Pros
Some fantastic humans to work with across all organizations. The benefits package has many valuable offerings.
Cons
Significant learning curve. Very broad, very large platform with complex product detail. No real parity between development teams so components can b e very different from others. Onboarding needs improvement. The lack of promotion within Support can be demoralizing to members that have been there many years.
