- Super supportive environment: within teams, across teams, all the way up to your supervisor and CEO. Everyone is here to help you get better and support you when you need a hand. Truly a "team effort" type of work place - Focused on developing their staff and supporting you through professional growth - Small, "start-up" feeling to the office- flexibility to get your work done but also deal with "life" and just an overall positive energy - GREAT benefits and top-tier PTO policy (like, whoa!!) - A company that truly operates with their values & mission at the core of every decision - Encourages a health work-life balance

Cons

If prefer a "head down stay in your lane and I'll stay in mine" type of environment, then this is not the company for you.

- Had fantastic teammates across the board on the Education Consultant team. They do a good job of hiring kind and hard-working people. - For the most part, they do a good job of respecting an 8-hour workday - Hybrid Schedule (2 days remote per week)

Cons

- Poor leadership: No transparency, a cult-like culture with lots of fake positivity. - You are doing essentially 5 or 6 different jobs in one (Customer Success / Account Management, Recruiting + Onboarding, Customer Service / Phone Support, Morning and Evening Dispatching, Managing Subs directly, including having negative feedback conversations, Payroll / Timesheet / Compliance management). - Siloed teams: if you're stuck with a bad / incompetent manager, you're on your own. - Micromanaging: There is almost no time in the day that isn't accounted for by management. As I left the company, they were beginning to monitor employees on a level that felt ridiculous and infantilizing
