Pros
*PTO policy is flexible *Hybrid work - work 2 days from home each week based on the schedule your manager creates. You will be required to work in person every Friday. You are able to do your weekend shifts and 9pm shifts from home. *Shift work - easy to clock out when the day is done and not continue to think about work.
Cons
*Like others have written, new employees are asked to write a positive review upon hiring. It's hard to accurately speak to a role and company after a week, so take what you read here with a grain of salt. *Extremely toxic internal culture that is not common outside of this organization. *In my experience, I was required to interact with schools and educators in ways that didn't always sit right with me. *Low pay compared to similar roles in the industry; few to no opportunities for growth.
