Pros
Management was straightforward and Supervisors were very knowledgeable. Raises were earned through work performance. Daily group meetings involving safety and protocol changes were discussed. Hourly pay was acceptable. Men and women were equal in all respects.
Cons
The only issue is that it is project work. when the contract is done, so is your employment.
