Pros
none. I would have been able to provide alot of reasons, however since being off on sickleave, they have literally ruined me. My health is worse than ever, and this is all a reflection of the treatment I have received from the management team since my leave.
Cons
scotiabank does not follow through on there commitment to customers or to there employees, from an employee of 15 yrs, i have never known a company to be so unethical, and discriminating. my advice to you, is to choose another bank because scotiabank is not at all what they claim to be.
