Pros
A handful of people are genuinely smart and professional. Location.
Cons
No synergy, horrible attitudes, condescending employees. Sales people pretend to be dumb to get out of work, management applauds it. The place is run by paper managers who were friends in college and decided to hook each other up with a job. They do nothing. They communicate very little downwards. The place is a house of cards.
