Smaller firm, so you get a more hands on feel and likely receive more responsibility than you would get at a bulge bracket bank.
Cons
Many of the employees are part of an older generation of Wall Street that is not as inclusive or proactive in training. The bank is also based in Canada so the New York office can sometimes feel like an afterthought.
