7yI am sorry to hear of your less than favorable experience at Scott Credit Union. We recently changed our branch hours to reflect industry standards and are working on consistent scheduling for our part-time employees. As we expand into additional markets, policies and procedures will change which will result in additional training. Due to that, we are reviewing our training procedures to see where we can make improvements. Culture is extremely important to the credit union and we monitor it closely to adjust when needed. Your feedback will be taken into consideration during our improvement process and thank you for sharing your experience.
