7yI am sorry to read that some of your employment experiences at Scott Credit Union were not characteristic of our positive culture. As a credit union, we operate by the people helping people philosophy. While we are not a hard sales environment, we do inform our members about the products and services that can improve their financial well-being. Additionally, staffing is important and each location is being reviewed to determine if any changes, such as increasing the total number of employees at the branch, should be made. Recently, we added positions to various locations that will allow more flexibility for our employees. Additionally, we implemented a wide-scale salary increase for many of our member facing positions in order to stay competitive within the industry. Salary reviews will be continued into 2019 and changes will be made where necessary. We appreciate your feedback about your experience and will take this into consideration during our change planning process.
