Pros

The health insurance is amazing.

Cons

The individuals that are in senior management are floundering to make SCU succeed. The turnover is horrible because of it. Individuals that have been at SCU for more than a decade are viewed as road blocks to their new goals and strategy. Its very sad because it used to be a great place to work. Not sure how they continue to get Best Workplace award because it no longer is.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some of your experience at Scott Credit Union was not reflective of our positive environment. Our senior team strives to implement positive change that will benefit both our members and employees. With that implementation comes change that may require a new view on how things were done previously. We encourage our employees to submit their ideas on how we can improve our processes through our Ideas Program. As an organization, we rely on the suggestions from our employees as their first-hand experience is vital during times of transition. Vice President of Employee Services

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to read that you enjoyed your coworkers, the training process, and stability that Scott Credit Union offers. Providing competitive pay has always been an important factor in the total rewards package. Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour. Competitive and equitable pay remains a foundational element of our workplace culture, and we will continue to evaluate the total rewards package for competitive offerings. Again, thank you for your feedback. Vice President of Human Resources
