Scott Credit Union Response
6yI am sorry to read your employment experience at Scott Credit Union did not meet yours or our expectations for employee satisfaction. Training is an important piece of employee success, and as a result, we have allocated significant resources to the development of a new training facility, increased training content, and invested in growing and developing the training team to allow us to better serve our employees through expanded content and more frequent training sessions. Additionally, we encourage our employees to share their thoughts by speaking with their management team during 1:1 and coaching sessions, completing the surveys that are periodically distributed, and engaging with our Ideas Program. Our Ideas Program, managed by the senior team who review and decision each and every submission, encourages both position specific and general ideas that will improve the day to day working life of our employees.
The Human Resources Department is focused on the well-being of our employees, therefore I am sorry you felt as though you could not voice your concerns to my team. I encourage you to contact me directly to share your experiences. Please call 618.345.1000 and ask to speak with the Vice President of Human Resources.
