Thank you for your feedback. Scott Credit Union is an affirmative action employer. As a result, every role has basic qualifications which a candidate must meet to be considered. As part of our recruiting process, we encourage internal growth opportunities and selection of the best candidate. From time-to-time qualifications or roles may change, however that is a result of a change in market conditions or business needs and is not based on a specific candidate. I appreciate your candid feedback and would welcome you to contact me directly to further discuss your experience. Vice President of Human Resources

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to read that you enjoyed your coworkers, the training process, and stability that Scott Credit Union offers. Providing competitive pay has always been an important factor in the total rewards package. Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour. Competitive and equitable pay remains a foundational element of our workplace culture, and we will continue to evaluate the total rewards package for competitive offerings. Again, thank you for your feedback. Vice President of Human Resources
