The people are great and very welcoming. New corporate office has a giant gaming lounge and employee cafe.

The work is repetitive and transactional.

The work does not require much thinking outside the box- so is easy and repetitive

If you are applying to be a legal assistant you’re not allowed to have your phone at your desk. During my time there, we were forced to put the phones in lockers …. like high schoolers. If you were caught on your phone at your desk, even texting for a family emergency, you get written up. There are jobs with better pay and fairer rules— i say find one
