The mission is overall rewarding.

Cons

Really outdated practices. If you have worked elsewhere and then work at TSRH, it is incredibly frustrating. Evidence-based practice (clinical and administrative) is ignored. The entire organization seems to reward inefficient practices which is incredibly frustrating. It is 100% hierarchical and very top heavy. Everything is top down with little to no input outside the executive team.

All staff at Scottish Rite Hospital are continually striving for excellence and more efficient operations.
