Benefits - SMG treats employees right in terms of events, time off, 401K match.
Cons
Some departments are extremely stressful and cut throat. Forced rankings put great people still at the bottom, especially if you are in a high performing area. There is so much turnover in some departments, there is complete direction change every year. Moves managers around too quickly and without experience.
