This is overall a fun job that is perfect for those seeking side employment or dip their toe in merchandising or retail.

      Cons

      Some heavy lifting, dealing with barely functioning Department Managers. Season work with let's face it no room for advancement.

      Working in different weather conditions. Lack of communication. Some people get better hours than others. Hours cut extremely low during summer. Sometimes work load can be too much for one person. No workers compensation. No benefits
