Pros
-Financial - Above average benefits (pay, 401k match - 7.5% for your 6%, health insurance - basically free if you meet requirements) -CFO is as real as they get. I won’t get into details, but he basically supported a pay decrease for executives. -CEO honesty. Where I worked the CEO was walking by, talking about whatever he felt like at any time. It was very refreshing.
Cons
-Long work days, averaged almost 50 hours during close/forecast weeks and then got accosted about my overtime. -Faux early releases (as long as you don’t work in finance, you can leave early most Fridays) -No training (has very little Corp finance experience and received almost no training) -No work/life balance or remote working opportunity (despite what might be mentioned in interview) -Indecisiveness amongst managers (interviewed for two jobs and job I actually was offered was something completely different).
