Pros
The Scotts Company has great leadership with excellenct follow up on job responsibilites, expectations, and overall performance. As a Sales Manager its an excellent opportunity to work directly with the end users, retail partners, and your team of merchandisers. You also get to work with the product in hand at a very "grass roots" level that is very valuable. Great growth and promotion opportunities!!
Cons
You do have an excellent benefits package but I feel the salary isnt where it should be especially in markets where the cost of living is much higher than the US average.
